Where built-in Windows dictation falls short
Windows ships with voice typing on Win+H, and for short notes in English it is passable. But it does not learn from your corrections, its editing commands are limited, and accuracy drops hard beyond English. If you need dictation software for Windows that you can actually work in all day, that gap is exactly what blablaType closes.
System-wide dictation
Voice typing in Windows that works in every window: Word, Telegram, email, browser, CRM. Hold F9, speak, and the text is typed at your cursor.
Accuracy beyond English
Most voice recognition software for Windows is built English-first. blablaType is tuned for real Russian and Ukrainian speech too: fast talk, names and slang come out right, with punctuation placed automatically.
A dictionary you build
Add colleagues' names, product terms and brands to your dictionary, and blablaType uses them when recognizing speech. No more mangled words.
Voice commands and translation
Say what to do with the text: rewrite it shorter, drop the last sentence. Press F8 to translate on the fly: speak your language, English gets typed.

| Hands-free start | Keyboard only | Say "Okay Safi" and dictation starts by itself |
Frequently asked questions
Yes, on both, on desktops and laptops alike. A laptop's built-in microphone is enough, though a headset pushes accuracy even higher. A macOS version is in development.
The first 7 days of Premium are free and no card is needed. After that it is Base at $6.99 per month or Premium at $9.99 with voice editing and a transcription quota included. The web widget on this page stays free.
It is more accurate beyond English, applies your custom dictionary, understands free-form editing commands and translates as you speak. Built-in dictation can do none of that.
In the desktop app audio goes to our servers only for the moment of recognition and is not stored. The free web widget runs on your browser's recognition and sends audio to Google's speech service.
